The day begins with fireworks, parades, mascletàs, the offering of flowers to the Virgin (lasting 2 full days) and ends paella contests and festivities in the streets until the wee hours of the morning topped with a chocolate churros and fritters before bedtime. (c'mon, that's no fun 24 hours a day)

Of course, the impressive Fallas are the main attraction of the city at this time, and not go unnoticed ...
